Assembly Setter

Due to an exciting phase of growth we are looking for an ASSEMBLY SETTER to join our ASSEMBLY team based in Tunisia, ZI Elagba.

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Setter to join our manufacturing team. 

The Assembly Setter will be responsible for setting up and operating assembly equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Set up assembly equipment and machinery according to production schedules and specifications.
2. Adjust machine settings to ensure proper assembly processes and product quality.
3. Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
7. Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge of assembly processes.

Qualifications:

1. BTS or BTP in maintenance, electric ...  a technical training or certification in manufacturing or related field is preferred. Knowledge and mastery of schleunieur and Mecal machine
2. Proven experience as an assembly setter or similar role in a wiring manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
4. Familiarity with various assembly equipment and machinery, including but not limited to presses, conveyors, and automated assembly systems.
5. Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments with precision.
6. Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
7. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
9. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
10. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
