Qualifications

• Conduct regular inspections of molds to identify wear, damage, or defects.
•  Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting molds to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mold-related issues, including replacing worn parts or components.
• Make necessary modifications or adjustments to molds to improve production efficiency or adapt to new product specifications
• Assist in the setup of molds for production runs, ensuring proper alignment and installation.
• Conduct test runs to verify that molds are functioning correctly and producing quality parts.
• Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and any modifications made.
• Report any significant issues or trends in mold performance to management or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Relevant Work Experience: 5 years in mold maintenance or repair
• BTS in mold making, industrial maintenance 
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes: Understanding of injection molding or related manufacturing processes can be beneficial
• Mechanical Proficiency: Strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molds.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of Mold Design and Functionality: Understanding the principles of mold design and operation.
• Ability to diagnose mold issues and develop effective solutions.
