Faurecia Informatique Tunisie (FIT) is looking to reinforce its HR team with the recruitment of Site Correspondent for Payroll: HR Payroll Administration.

Missions:

  • Process the payroll on a monthly basis for all FIT Staff which acts as a coordinator with the Payroll Manager
  • Manage Payroll Input to ensure all payroll transactions are processed in a timely manner and accurate way
  • Be the first contact for all payroll and admin related queries
  • Maintain HRIS updated for hiring, termination and employee related information
  • Monthly reporting of local headcounts and Employee Empower data related
  • Manage Payroll Procedures according to standards
  • Manage Medical insurance & Social Security tasks (CNSS)
  • Participate in Meal vouchers order preparation.
  • Prepare the legal administrative documents requested by employees
  • Be a coordinator to local stakeholders: HR Colleagues, Finance and administration etc
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the induction program for all new hires
  • Provide best practice advice in relation to employees ‘rights 
  • Participating in the organization of team events
  • Support general day to day operations of the Human Resources department or urgencies that may occur.

Profile: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree or plus in Human Resources Management or business administration
  •  First experience as a payroll assistant with good understanding of HR Functions
  •  Fluent in English & French
  •  Possess strong organizational skills, Time management, and good communication
  •  Proven track record of developing and maintaining positive relationships with all key stakeholders (internally and externally)
  •  Flexible in adapting to change.
