Mission
We are looking for a Sales Leader to undertake direction, coordination, quality and productivity of our operations. You will assist our Leadership team in incorporating strategy and ensure Sales department accomplishes defined objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset and leadership capabilities to guide our activities and staff in working more efficiently.
The goal is to secure the effective operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients to achieve accelerating and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve sales, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Lead and motivate staff by providing feedback and guidance
  • Coordinate operations and ensure schedules, deadlines and objectives are met
  • Keep accurate records and document sales actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Mentor and develop sales agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Maintain outstanding office condition
  • Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines

Requirements:

  • High energy
  • Fluent in  English, french is a plus
  • Outstanding leadership and sales abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales orientation
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
