Thermoplastics Tunisia is a Maltese owned Company based in Malta and Tunisia(Zaghouan) that has expanded rapidly since its formation in 1996.
We are in search of a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team for the position of Human Resources Manager being part of the senior management team.
The HR Manager will have the following responsibilities
-Talent acquisition recruitment, terminations, transfers and existing employee changes.
-Carry on interviews.
-Liaise with the government entities on behalf of the company
-Responsible for the HR programs and policies.
-Monthly follow-up of the payroll and proven records of sick leave and leave.
-Ensure that assignments, tasks and other assigned duties are kept strictly confidential.
-Identifying process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis.
-Update and maintain various HR reports and employee information files.
-Collaborate on and follow company policies, practices and procedures to maintain internal control.
-Continuously support for the operations improvement.
Key skills and Job requirements
-A minimum of 5 years working within the same role, preferably within large environment groups.
-Strong proficiency in English is required ( both internal top management and external communication is held in English language )
-Experience within ISO guidelines with regards to HR department.
-Demonstrated level of professionalism and able to work independently
-Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
-Highly skilled in managing confidential issues with discretion
-Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last-minute requests
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong leadership skills and ability to solve conflicts effectively
-Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools
-Experience in accounts/finance is considered a strong asset and it will be given preference.Kindly note that interviews are to be held in English language.
