-Setting clear team goals

-Discovering training needs and provide coaching
-Listening to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Requirements:
-At least 4 years of experience
-Fluent in French written and speaking is a must
-Team Management skills
-Ability to meet deadlines
