eviivo is a dynamic company that markets award-winning booking software for independent hotels, B&B’s and vacation rentals. We help properties manage and grow their bookings connect them to famous travel websites like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and many more. Originally founded in London about 10 years ago, the company has reinvented itself as a dynamic and young company since its takeover by Investcorp at the end of 2011. It has offices in London, Düsseldorf, Lyon, Tunis and more recently in Austin, Texas. We currently have 160 employees and over 16,000 clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Resolving cases escalated to Finance from the Customer Success team.
  • Answering emails sent into the Accounts/Finance inbox
  • Amendments/ Adjustments to bookings within internal billing software.
  • Validation of Finance information provided by new customers and updating account contact details.
  • Creation of new customers in the billing software
  • Dealing with customer termination requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensuring that all administration of changes to property accounts are dealt with effectively and are recorded correctly in the system, for example changes of ownership, subscription amends, changes of management, changes of bank details and property name changes.
  • Assist with any other finance tasks as necessary
About you 

  • Experience of accounts administration, customer service, product support, technical helpdesk, training or hospitality.
  • Mature and professional individual.
  • Commercially astute with good numeracy skills, experience working in a Finance Department would be beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with excellent communication skills, verbal (with a clear speaking voice) and written (good grammar).  A second European language would be a distinct advantage.
  • Proficient with office programmes (MS Word, PowerPoint Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook).
  • Polite, professional, calm under pressure and self-motivated to meet targets.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
