Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing correspondances
- Record information as needed
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
- Organize Travelling matters as needed by referring to the logistics manager
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies; prepare the needs and orders to be sent to the logistics manager if necessary
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative rôle
- Have general understanding about administrative procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation ( english, french and arabic)
- Strong attention to details
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment ( excel, mailing).
