Location: Ben Arous (El Mghira Industrial Zone)

Responsibilities

• Production quality control and defective parts management according to IATF 16949
• Monitor the performance of quality inspector
• Continuous improvement for scrap rate reduction
• Supplier management and customer complaint solving
• Perform regular internal audit and receive external audits

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading & writing)
• 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering department of automotive wire harnesses related industry
• Great problem-solving skills to handle urgent issues of production
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software
• Familiar with IATF 16949 standards
• Familiar with quality process and measurement equipment (micrometer, projector, cross-section analyzer)
• Has experiences of external audit
• Open-minded, honest, eager to learn and good communications skills
