Description de l'annonce:
The Real-time Analyst (RTA) manages the assigned campaigns’ real-time aspect of the business in terms of staffing, reporting, escalation and outage management within the work week, generating real-time alerts to Business Manager/Team Leader and managing Adhesion’s KPIs (AHT - Auxiliary ) to ensure the efficiency of the
assigned routes.
•Responsible for working with operations and other departments in ensuring that KPIs are met, analysed and appropriate recommendations are provided.
•Responsible for real time monitoring, tracking, documenting and communicating agent activity on multiple lines of business.
•Generate and publish intraday, absenteeism and staffing projections on an interval and end of day level.
•Create an end of day post mortem analysis for campaign’s failing performance reflecting WFM’s Recommendations.
•Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all Company policies, processes and procedures in areas assigned.
Requirements
•Minimum studies: University training in Economics, Business Studies, Statistics, Mathematics or similar. In its absence, knowledge will be demonstrated through extensive experience in the performance of similar functions.
•Knowledge/Specific training in Results Analysis Systems and/or Applied Statistics.
•Office package: Intermediate level/ Google Apps: Google Apps: High level
