YOUR TASKS:
- Schedule meetings and documenting the results/decisions of internal ones.
- Follow the deadline and prepare reminders to not to miss any of them.
- Collecting internal orders and invoices based on internal orders.
- Collecting all times having to be invoiced on customer projects (team leaders meeting, team leaders jour-fix).
- Daily check for the resource planning, detect the missed deadlines and report anomalies.
- Check the logged time (quality) and if it corresponds to the plan (resource planning) and report.
- Organising trainings (new applicants) according to the team availability.
- Follow up of trainees schedule and organising to have the Signed papers from our administration.
- Controlling the presence in the office based on a prepared plan for home office.
- Assisting all personal meetings with employees.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- You are excellent at communicating in both written and spoken English
- Able to learn new tools
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Structured, independent and result-oriented way of working
- Confident and skilful demeanour as well as discreet handling of confidential information
- Reliable, disciplined and punctual personality
