Missions :
The Communications Manager will be in charge of leading our Communications Department. In this position, he/she must provide high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition. His/her main duties will also include creating informative social media content, articles, and organizing recruitment events, to share our company’s values and positioning.
Functions
· Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position Ozeol to attract providers as well as talented job candidates
· Prepare and manage yearly marketing budget
· Management of all digital marketing channels
· Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
· Organize and promote external events, such as recruitment events and others
· Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
· Ensure good coverage of company events in the Tunisia office as well as in external offices
Skills
· 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Communications Manager or similar role
· Strong knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
· Perfect knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
· Creative mindset and strong knowledge in branding
· 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Team player
· Good time-management & coordination skills
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field
· Fluency in French and English
