Main Responsibilities :
-Reply to provide questions , product availability , and promotions via phone , email and online chat . provide guidance through the online ordering process .
-Address and resolve post-order questions regarding shipping ,billing and delivery .
-Perform phone conversation with customers to answer their questions, provide information and advise them.
-Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
-Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means .
-Ensure the smooth running of business operations .
-Assist customers on states of their shipment, outstanding shipments or tracking .
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication .
Required Skills & Qualifications :
-Ability to communicate in French and English language.
-You have good organizational and time management skills.
-You are a team player and a problem solver.
-You have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
-You are familiar with customer-care department operations.
Experience in logistics is preferred.
