crit recruits on behalf of its client an HR Assistant:
Candidates will be mainly required to:
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Create & Maintain the new transition employees records
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
-Follow up & check of Monthly Timesheets
-Prepare the insurance reimbursement weekly claims
- Labor law as well as the payroll
process, labor union and CCE experience will be a plus.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND MAIN SKILLS:
• University Degree (Min Bac + 3)
• Fluency in English - Good Written and Spoken
• Software experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Team working / team building
• Experience working in a similar position is preferred no less than 3 years
