Manpower recruits for one of its partners a Project Operation Manager.

The purpose of the position is to significantly contribute to the team’s Operations Control & Improvement initiatives, while driving Project Management. know-how expansion among team members.

The position will report to the team manager and will be in charge of:

You have ownership on Metrics , along with operational results improvement strategy and actions. Also, the Team processes ownership, in line with the WW engineering team directions and programs. Including EMEA projects leadership.

You contribute to WW projects, while ensuring high level of interaction/coordination with the local team. You develop the Project Methodology knowledge within the team through training and coaching. You have to report on Operational results and projects.

With a higher degree education, you have at least 05 years’ experience in a same position, you are fluent in both English and French.
