Manpower is recruiting on behalf of one of its partners a Communications specialist.

 Develop & support implementation of communication campaigns both internally & externally (regional, local, national and trade media Social Media Channels).

 Research, develop, plan, design, implement and maintain initiatives that enhance the organization’s relations & reputation with the community, the public government and regulatory authorities, shareholders, and employees.

Create or uncover media opportunities for company spokespeople (GM of North Africa in particular) to engage directly with the media and manage media interviews for company executives including scheduling, briefing interviewee and attending the interview.

 Guarantee full compliance with the company's graphic design standards.

Develop corporate media materials, including press kit, corporate backgrounder, Q&As and talking points.

Monitor company media coverage.

Receive & review CR initiatives from NGOs with (local) management.

 Implementation of new culture.

Identification of sustainability.

 Analytics: ability to use data in the campaigns planning.

Your role:
