We are currently looking for an experienced #CTO :
The ideal candidate:
● You have a strong experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-growing software company
● You have a successful proven track record in either recruiting an engineering team or scaling up a team to more than double its original size
● You have experience in working with remote teams, organizing existing teams and helping them improve their productivity
● You can read code and understand it. You know how to use repositories. You are not hands on but you can lay a helping hand to whoever needs it
● You understand architecture, cloud infrastructure
●You understand when “always building everything from scratch” is more a waste of time than anything else
●You know what needs to be measured to grant the minimum required level of quality you expect without hurting the team’s capacity to work
