machinestalk  Tunisia is a Software Editor company belonging to NomdGroup , with the head quarter based in Saudi Arabia.

machinestalk Tunisia, leader in IoT solutions and editor of its own IoT platform, seeks to strengthen its R&D team by a “Project Coordinator” to integrate its PMO team and work in product, R&D and client projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  As a project coordinator, 

 

You will:

  • Work closely with the Product Owner

  • Analyze and collect customer needs to adapt and breakdown them according to your constraints and those of the project teams

  • Work on projects in various contexts: Customers, R&D and product

  • Write the refined requirements and validate them with the PO

  • Guarantee the smooth running of the Scrum process and its adaptation to the context of the project

  • Set up and lead all conventional Scrum events

  • Planning the project in collaboration with the PMO (from the creation of the project charter to its closure and commissioning)

  • Monitor and control the progress of the sprints and the progress of the creation of the increments

 

 

 

 

  • Communicate on the track of the project within a predefined Communication Plan

  • Put in place all the necessary indicators for monitoring the efficiency and quality of deliverables (cost estimate, budget management, efficiency indicators, velocity, etc.)

  • Help the Product Owner to achieve the delivery objective and you present him with the various risks of the projects (resources, quality, cost and deadlines)

  • Coordinate multiple projects in parallel and you plan the capacity for your projects

  • Collaborate with the Team Leaders (communicate the KPIs relating to their resources, receive the resource calendars, highlight the HR risks,…)

 

  • Undertake initiatives to strengthen the knowledge and capacities of the teams for the management of projects in Scrum mode

  • Project documentation approved with the PMO (Technical and functional documentation, design, recipe book, etc.)

  • Act as the “go to” person within the project team for questions and problems

  • Resolve issues relevant to project/program deliverable(s) within their area of expertise

  • Report important information and document processes to all stakeholders and board members

 

 

Required skills:

  • Engineering degree in computer science or industrial engineering

  • You have 2-3 years in project management, including two (2) years in an agile SCRUM and/or KANBAN approach

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English,

  • Knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, MS Project, Excel, KPIs

 

  • Good organization and rigor in respect of processes

  • You are a source of proposals for improving the project management process

  • Rigorous, methodical and organized

  • Analogy and design thinking
