The ideal candidate will have a range of responsibilities including installation, configuration, maintenance( preventive and curative) and repair of field equipment. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Installing new hardware and software equipment related to Car access business unit, configuration and commissioning throughout the MENA region
- Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers onsite and remote
- Tracking and reporting for all interventions
- Train customer's staff on the equipment and software to operate their solution
- Practice and adhere to all safety and training
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, electronic, telecommunications or electric
- Computer literate, Autocad (2D), networking and SQL server knowledge is a strongly appreciated.
- Good English level written and spoken (Mandatory) in addition to French and Arabic
- Good logical an problem solving skills
- No experience required (SIVP contract if eligible)
