Kamioun is a mobile first platform that connects Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturers to corner shops. We enable small retailers to get their inventory through one face off, one click and in less than 24 hours free delivery. Kamioun is a first mover working on an emerging technology that is the next big thing in B2B retail tech. With a diverse, multicultural and on-the-move team, Kamioun is looking to make waves and shake up things in the Startup sector in Tunisia starting with our 2000+ retailers that use our app.

The Office Manager is a critical member of our Leadership Team. This individual will play a vital role in creating an organized and positive environment for our growing team. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining administrative and operational best practices, in addition to supporting special projects related to HR and IT.

What you will do

  • You will manage the entire employee lifecycle:
    • You will be responsible that all paperwork is on track (including ensuring availability and maintenance of contract templates)
    • You will manage the leave, expenses, payroll and attendance tracking
    • Employee onboarding and offboarding following the company guidelines and policies
    • Ensuring the data of employee lifecycle is maintained (growth plans, performance management, salary reviews…)
    • Track and report on HR and administrative KPI
  • You will identify, enhance and cater for all office and warehouse needs; come up with creative and efficient solutions to keep things running smoothly: (consumables, water, coffee…)
  • You will handle the Petty cash, payments (and ensure execution) and track all SG&A payments (”frais généraux”)
  • Ownership and maintenance of all data records:
    • Oversee all contractual, accounting, fiscal and administrative obligations of the company
    • Keep a physical record and digital record of all documents within the Kamioun group

Who you are

  • You are a self-starter who knows when to trust instincts and when to ask for help with excellent time management skills and ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • You are mature and professional ; you are not afraid to be the voice of reason / party pooper but know how to maintain approachability and fun in the office
  • You are able to work with a team and manage a great deal of information, tasks, and relationships in an environment with shifting priorities.
  • You have good knowledge of labor law in Tunisia.
  • You have a good understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, G-suite and google calendar.
  • You have excellent writing skills and can synthesize complex information into digestible bits.
  • You are proficient in English, with great verbal and written communication. Good knowledge of Arabic and French is also necessary
  • You have high ethical standards and can maintain confidentiality.
