We are hiring HR Data Analyst for a multional
The ChallengeYou will be part of
the global Human Resources function (called “Group HR”), which is in charge of
the design, implementation and monitoring for all HR-related processes across
the company. Moreover, the members of the department partner with the business to
support their strategies. Today, one of the HR function’s main challenges is to
tap into and leverage data gathered across various systems and turn them into
actionable insights.
The RoleAs an HR Data
Scientist, you are responsible for analytics initiatives, people research, and
experimentation. You focus on business and HR key topics (such as predicting
great hires or employees at risk of leaving) and supporting our company’s
employee engagement and diversity & inclusion goals.
Your responsibilities include
quantitative analytics, predictive modeling, research design, consulting. You
are an active partner to HR and people leaders to understand people-related
business problems and help frame them into actual research questions that can
be answered with data. You analyze, build, test, and communicate solutions that
provide insights and lead to data-driven recommendations. Together with the
other HRIS team members, you help define how best to capture new data where
necessary. You also collaborate with our IT department to push the HR data
agenda.

Professional Experience
Required
- You have developed and implemented People Analytics initiatives successfully including design, testing, training and support.
- Experience in research design, visualization techniques, and analysis approaches in which you manage and analyze both structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Tableau, etc. and in the design and implementation of data pipelines that support the continuous delivery of insight.
- Communication is key, and you are at ease interacting at all levels of the organization. You must be fluent in English.
