We are currently looking for a Financial Business Analyst. You will be a sparring partner for the Finance team, discuss wishes and possibilities, make the translation to the application(s), maintain it and discuss this with the internal developers. In this way you contribute to the continuous improvement, automation and digitization of our financial processes. As a Financial Business Analyst you will contribute to the implementation of a number of large IT projects that also have an impact on our financial processes (order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay).

Missions:

·  You make the translation of the business requirements into financial processes for the IT department

·  You take care of the design and switch with internal development teams

·  You take care of the functional application management of the ERP application with a growing user group

·  You are the point of contact, support users and solve malfunctions where necessary

·  You supervise tests and implementations and give training to the various users

·  You work in various projects;

·  You think along about improvements and advise the organization in your field

·  You advise stakeholders


Requirements: 

·  You have experience with process-based (Agile) working and like to be the pivot between business and ICT:

·  You have experience with working in a structured and process orientated way;

·  You have a strong affinity with IT;

·  You are analytical and can easily understand an organization;

·  You are a solid discussion partner, you take responsibility and initiative, "can do" mentality;

·  You have knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C), purchase-to-pay (P2P) and the general ledger/record to report (R2R);

·  Experience with VAT and how this works within the different areas is needed;

·  Experience with ERP implementation or other financial process optimizations is an advantage (e.g. implementation of credit management system, purchase-to-pay system);

·  You have an excellent command of the English language;

·  Experience within a Finance organization of an Insurance companies and within Financial Services is a pre;
