We are currently looking for a:
requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:
1) University level
2) Professional experience – minimum 1 year in production
3) Able de understand and speak English
4) Good organizational skills,
5) Knowledge of basic lean production tools
6) Good communication skills
7) Able to animate a meeting
8) Analytical skills
9) Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 8D, 5 Whys, 6M, Pareto, …)
10) Knowledge in PC (Ms Office: Excel, word, SAP is an advantage)
11) Proactive mindset
Main tasks :
1- Train the operators
2- Lead, motivate and develop the production employees
3- Take responsibility for KPI‘s: Safety, Quality, Environment, Efficiency and Delivery.
4- Hourly, Daily and monthly KPI’s follow up
5- Lead the continuous improvement process in the production area
6- Assure preventive maintenance 1st level and reparation of all production equipment
7- Propose actions to improve quality, efficiency and delivery
8- Optimize the assignment of the operators according production needs
9-Ensure high polyvalence of the team members
10-Regular update of skill matrix
11-Daily Shop floor management meeting (5min of top-down / bottom-up exchange of information) with his/her team
12-Ensure 5S in the area of responsibility.
13-Act proactively.
14- Execute Production order confirmation steps in the ERP (SAP)
15- Daily complete and comprehensive production reporting (achieved vs planned, action plans if deviations to targets, improvement proposals ....
