Main responsibilities for IT Academy manager position:
- Build and keep up to date catalogue & Calendar: identify training needs and align training offer (projects, Core evolution, new IT programs, newcomers)
- Search for new projects and launch improvements ideas
- Budget control/ approval flow
- Networking with Business& GIS:
- Regular contact with GIS /Business: L2, FCS EDL/BA, FICO,PUR IDP, Faurecia University
- Project coordination and follow up:
- Support the adoption of Lumapps providing functional support at Group level
- Support the adoption of PASS: involvement in enhancements/evolution of PASS (with HRIS) and provide functional support
- Collaboration with Hella & Faurecia University
- Global strategy: Define & track global IT academy strategy. The foundation is to keep a Core team distributed in 3 regions with a global strategy.
- Stablish a regular and stable relationship through the 3 regions: ASIA/FIT/NAO sharing objectives, applying synergies and assuring standard processes (avoiding deviations).
- Define & track detailed objectives & responsibilities for each region with the help of the Teams Leader.
- Team follow-up (with the help of the Teams Leader):
- Conflict solving, motivation, support the team to achieve the objectives
- Define IT Academy’s procedure: Training activity, communication
