About the Role

Datasphera is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join an exciting team working on several cutting edge products. The Full Stack Java Developer will have the opportunity to work with a full stack suite of tools supporting SaaS products touching cloud technology, frontend, backend and NLP tool sets.

 

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Java Developer include:

 

  • Fully own and independently drive the engineering development of complex features.

  • Design and build state-of-the-art responsive applications.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to teammates.

  • Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from product managers and other stakeholders in the company.

  • Be part of a fast-paced team with the comfort of making decisions using your best judgment.

  • Develop projects through their entire life cycle.

 

What we look for:

 

  • Demonstrated experience with Java Spring and Angular

  • Experience with Postgres, Flask, Perl, Ruby or comparable

  • Experience with source control management systems, preferably Git.

  • Highly preferred cloud-based experience in; AWS (EC2, K8S.), or comparable

  • Experience with Web frameworks and/or mobile development

  • License or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field
