For a strategic program with a multiple stakeholders, our client (a leading telecom company in Belgium) are looking for an experienced and motivated coordinator profile who is passionate about technology and bringing the right people together

  • You will be key player in an Agile environment interfacing between business, 3rd parties and internal technology teams, responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered
  • You will be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as connecting stakeholders, mapping requirements into technical specifications , monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and evaluating customer requests and translating them into technical deliverables
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing leadership to the technology teams and support in case of issues/escalations
  • Advising and coaching team members
  • Managing the delivery planning and dependencies between teams
  • Understanding customer needs and providing the best service possible

Longue terme assignment : We are open to consider freelance (with a daily rate) or permanent position opening (with monthly salary)
