Project Coordinator· Responsabilities :
Administering Project Management Tool (PMT)
- Manage PMT core data (dimensions, users, project templates).
- Interact with PMT provider to ensure proper functionality of the tool.
- Support development of PMT and implementation of the best practices.
- Review project and timesheets data for accuracy, completeness, and quality against original scope.
Covering functional blocks
- Create projects
- Manage information flow to F&A regarding projects billing
- Perform projects monthly closing based on the information provided by functional management.
- Provide support to the Project Managers / Team Leaders with project planning, execution, and preparation for monthly closing.
Specific areas
- Ensure the completion and filing of project quality documentation as per QMS specifications and deadlines (acceptance protocols or other required quality system records).
- Organize training and support current staff and newcomers in project management processes, preparation related training materials.
- Perform other duties as required related to project management.
· Required Profile :
- A bachelor’s degree in business, administration, project management.
- 3 years of experience in a project management and administration role.
- Excellent analytical skills.
· Competency Needed :
- Complete mastery over MS office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- English level : Fluent
- French level : Fluent
