A multinational electronics company is hiring immediately a Community Manager to be responsible for setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

Role & Responsibilities :  

- Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies

- Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers

- Provide engaging text & content for social media accounts

- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews 

- Coordinate with Marcom teams to ensure brand consistency 

- Liaise with Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features

- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Skills & Qualifications  :

 - Bachelor degree in Communication/ Digital Marketing

- 2 to 3 Years experience as a community manager

- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics

- Excellent verbal communication skills ( French , English & Arabic)

- Writing proficiency 

- Detail oriented and multitasking

- Ready to work under pressure to meet tight schedule

- Good team work abilities
