A multinational electronics company is hiring immediately a Receptionist to be responsible for day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Conduct reception tasks such as greeting guests, answering telephone
- Maintain general orderliness and cleanliness of the office
- Ensure office supplies are ordered and stocked and that expired materials are properly disposed of
- Assists in organizing office events and assisting with office kitchen duties
- Opens, date, stamps, sorts, distributes mail assists with package delivery
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications :
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- 3-5 years secretary / administrative experience is preferred
- Good level in French and English
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills – energetic, positive and discreet
- Proficient with office software
