The internal communication & engagement specialist (ICES) is responsible for internal communications and engagement activities, supporting the implementation of HR initiatives,  contributing to improving the employer branding, and aligning internal communication content with the Transcom culture.

Join our Transcom family as internal communication & engagement specialist!

  • Support the Cluster HR Director in designing an internal communication strategy
  • Be responsible for the production and maintenance of online and offline editorial content of all internal communication activities, mainly writing independently but also collaborating with the external communication manager.
  • Identify innovative channels of internal communication (branding projects, editorial plans, identification of appropriate channels)
  • Deal with the development of the system of School-Work relations (with Universities, Territorial and International Associations)

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics/Communication/Digital Communication/Master HR/People Management preferred
  • Experience in the editorial field and ability to use digital tools for editorial production
  • Extensive knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter)
  • Strong relational skills, creativity, intellectual curiosity
  • Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint): High level.
  • Google Apps: High level.
  • E-mail Communication: High level.
  • C1 LEVEL IN BOTH LANGUAGES: FRENCH & ENGLISH
