Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Headcount and personnel cost budgeting and forecasting process and regular follow up
  • Drive and document compliance with HR policies and processes, and compile data analysis reports, including workforce planning and analysis, as well as regular variance analysis and forecasts
  • Support on cycle of performance management and remuneration review exercises
  • Ensure workday data accuracy  
  •  Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of relevant HRIS systems and processes
  • Support in monitoring HR Disciplinary topics and ensure effective follow up in line with local procedure
  • Coordinate and support HR projects

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field
  • 2 years of related experience with focus on HR controlling and /or financial controlling (Mastery of Tunisian payroll is a plus)
  •  Advanced XL mastery
  • Strong analytical skills paired with systematic approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support and training
  • Ability to work closely with Senior Management within a fast-growing,
  • entrepreneurial environment
  •  English and French mastery
