Key Accountabilities
. Responsible for execution at the “last moment of truth” when the shopper purchases our products
- Achievement of sales territory budgets and targets
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships for the designated territory
- Maintain a high level of account and display standards compliance (e.g. Distribution, Pricing, assortment, Promotion, Display, online content, POSM, HCP recommendation and fulfilment)
- Maximize Product Distribution, Shelf positioning and merchandising
- Take responsibility for all aspects of merchandising in designated accounts ensuring clients gain the full impact
and benefit of promotional activity by placing POSM, maintaining product available and maximum visibility - Execute promotional plans in store to maximize sales and brand presence
- Achieve budget sales volume targets within trade spend guidelines
- When relevant, ensure all major key account activations are executed with the designated territory
- Detail to win the recommendation in our priority categories
Communicate and share competitive activity within the internal team
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree and specialist degree is a plus
Required knowledge and/or experience:
- Territory management skills: ability to drive perfect execution on and offline; customer centric
- Current or previous experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret territory data and consumer insights
- Digital first mindset
- Developed negotiation, storytelling and communication skills
- Highly organised and driven; growth-minded and outcome focused
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team and regularly provide feedback to the head office
