The chosen resource will be placed will be part of the Group Financial Controller and report to the General Manager.
The candidate will be involved in the following activities:
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Order office supplies
· Organize travel arrangements
· Submit and reconcile expense reports
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Take accurate minutes of meetings
· Manage correspondence with public and private organizations
· checking and accounting for supplier invoices
· management of the supplier payment process
· accounting entries in preparation for financial statement closing
· supporting monthly and financial statement reporting activities
Work experience
You must have 3-5 years' previous experience in a similar position, preferably in medium to large structured environments.
Technical skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and entries
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in French and English language
