We are looking for a highly motivated, delivery focused self-starter with exceptional analytical and problem solving capabilities. You have a can-do attitude and thrive on working in a multi-cultural team environment. You have excellent inter-personal skills and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for creating, building and developing tools, reports and analysis to assist in day-to-day promotional decisions as well as supporting ad-hoc analysis requests from senior stakeholders supporting time-sensitive commercial decisions. You will be doing this leveraging complex data sets to help understand impacts on our promotional position and performance. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders within the commercial, finance and customer function building capability to support understanding of impact promotional decision on performance and market dynamics

What you will do: · Build out global promotional dashboard reporting, to understand impact of discounting by channel. · Incrementality analysis to understand the impact of promotional activity at an event level, as well as on the overall business level. Ensuring promotions are incremental to the top, and bottom line · Ensure accuracy of promotional change history table to facilitate the ability to derive promotional elasticity values · Ensure promotional activity is adhering to country specific rules and regulations, by ensuring price establishment rules are adhered to. · Gathering competitive promotional information from 3rd party scraping provider, and ensuring National Pen is responding in kind to market Promotions. · Optimizing GM by adjusting the mix of Order discount (OD) & product level promotions, to maximise GM without impacting top line revenue. · Develop and implement an analytical infrastructure to support decision making in Promotions · Building reporting to understand the interdependency of each P&P level on the top-level business KPI’s · Collect, transpose & align data from various sources · Manage data feeds from 3rd part competitor intelligence tool, and ensure data availability to aid the Promotions process · Support Global Pricing & Promotions with analytical intelligence on demand · Support Management with detailed data to aid in tactical/strategic decision making |
What we need from you: · Advanced Excel skills, intermediate/advanced SQL skills · Previous Pricing dashboarding experience (Looker, Tableau or similar) · DB table management skills, and data management skills · Strong communication skills along with the ability to articulate complex information to support data-led recommendations · Fluent in English
