The role:

Reporting to the Head of HRIS and Analytics, you will be in charge of providing support to the HR community of SAP HR users. You supervise the processing of HR data in SAP, including entering, maintaining, auditing, cleansing and processing sensitive data. In addition you will be responsible for general maintenance of SAP HR, preparing ad-hoc/scheduled reports, and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.

Your main responsibilites include:

Support: the support of your HR colleagues across the world. You answer their questions and guide them to ensure they do the right thing.

Troubleshooting: you analyze issues to find their root cause. You collaborate with multiple stakeholders to take corrective actions and avoid future problems.

Data Maintenance: you audit, cleanse and maintain HR data as necessary.

Governance: you participate in the definition of HR data governance (i.e. how we expect HR data to be maintained). You ensure adherence and compliance to those principles.

Training and communication: you create internal training tools and process manuals to maximize effective use of SAP HR.

Finally, you also recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness. You participate in special projects on an ad-hoc basis.

Your daily activities will require you work closely with technical consultants, the IT department, HR colleagues in our markets, Group HR, Subject Matter Experts and more.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following attributes:

Previous SAP HR Experience: 3 to 5 years of work in a sizable company (>2000 employees)

Analytical skills: by gathering and analyzing data, you quickly identify the key problems and opportunities. You are able to synthetize those and communicate them to very different audiences and ensure buy-in from everyone involved.

Customer-oriented: you propose research based on business priorities and take a customer-focused mindset in working with stakeholders.

While no specific technical knowledge or certification is required, a passion for technology is fundamental. You bring a very good understanding of how to make best use of technology. You are also capable of proposing creative solutions to mitigate its shortcomings.

Education and Professional experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources or related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results

• You have a very good functional experience of SAP HCM

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven time management skills; ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively

• Self-starter and demonstrates service orientation by actively looking for ways to help people

• Communication is key, and you are at ease interacting at all levels of the organization. You must be fluent in English.

• Results-oriented with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with tact and diplomacy
