Koïos Intelligence is on a mission to improve humanity’s well-being by building virtual assistants to deliver seamless interactions in the Insurance industry, health care and the financial industry with the goal of eliminating waiting time, reducing operational costs, and offering an unprecedented customer experience.
As part of the Data and Quality Assurance Team, you will be primarily responsible for quality assurance of Koïos products, and will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art conversational AI platforms.
Primary responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can help us with quality assurance and data management tasks. The main task in this role is to help us test our products on a daily basis, report bugs, and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience. Other tasks include organizing and reviewing data, and insurance market research.
- Perform quality assurance by regularly testing our products
- Assist in organising and analysing client data
- Support the team in optimising data generation processes
- Present market research relating to the finance and insurance industry
- Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
- Conduct targeted user surveys to study their behaviour with new features developed by Koios
- Provide market analysis to the business team
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance at a software company
- Advanced English reading and writing skills
- Intermediate French reading and writing skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- Experience with Jira, an asset
