You will Build the country People & Culture roadmap actions to support the perimeter business objectives / functions objectives in the new autonomous CHC set up, develop a strong collaborative relationship with the business / functional leadership team and deploy CHC People & Culture global initiatives within the country in strong collaboration with CHC global CoEs.
You will participate with line managers on key People & Culture outcomes: recruitment, development & training, Recognition, Performance assessment, change management, culture & employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and individual employee matters.
You have to be partner with CHC local finance for headcount and budget: planning, management and monitoring and with regional People Recognition Leads to run compensation cycle, grading, cost, ensuring alignment with the validated governance.
You will provide strategic input on organization design, structure and allocation of resources to deliver business challenges and drive organizational transformation agenda, drive local talent management process, enabling leaders to develop a strong Talent Pipeline, grow talents through capability building (drive the local learning agenda) and to foster movement.
With five years of experience,You have excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
