Your profile:
*Holding a master's degree in psychology.
* A previous experience is a plus.
* Full time availability.
Your mission:
• Propose, organize, and implement preventive interventions in the workplace around PSR (psychosocial risks).
• Raise awareness and coach managers and employees on the prevention of PSR, the preservation of mental health and contribute to the construction of awareness materials.
• Listening and individual or collective support for staff.
• Participate in the improvement of the quality of life at work.
