HR House International is recruiting for one of its clients, a multinational company operating in the oil and gas sector in Libya  :

HR Officer (H/F)

Mission:

Ensure Onboarding Days: Onboarding New Hires

Ensure daily and weekly reporting

Managing the unexpected

Inform teams of remote work schedule

Maintain administrative records (Employment contracts, personal file, pay statement, leave management, absence management, etc.)

Ensure appointments are booked

Follow up on staff

Centralize recruitment needs and launch offers

Profile:

-  You have a higher degree in Human Resources or equivalent

-  You have between 3 and 6 years of experience as an HR officer

- You are known for your quick wit, drive and good communication skills

- Fluency in both written and oral French and interpersonal fluency is your asset
