THE POSITION:

Reporting to our Sr. Brand Manager and working closely with other teams within our marketing department, our ideal candidate is anxious to make an impact on our brand and global marketing communication strategy.

Your primary assignment is to oversee the execution of corporate marketing projects engaging in various forms and combinations of content creation, messaging strategies and marketing campaigns to teach consumers more about the company and its products.  You’ll be coordinating the development of the company's promotional materials, intending to spread brand awareness and assist the other marketing teams. Although you may handle some of these job duties independently, you’ll be completing several of your tasks collaboratively, and may work alongside members of the other marketing teams to complete projects and develop marketing campaigns.

This role requires professionals to use their creativity, adapt to consumer preferences and create innovative content that helps us share our brand story. In this position, you will focus on:

·  Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate both strategy and visual creative content development of our global marketing campaigns which includes emails, social media, flyers, mailings, catalogues, advertisements and much more and ensure content is visually appealing and consistent. You will work alongside the regional marketing teams as well as the creative department to support these initiatives, keeping them on track and communicating with the rest of your colleagues.

·  Marketing Communication: Collaborate with the Global Sr. Brand Manager and Global Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies for new product launches and special projects to ensure brand marketing strategies align with the company's business goals. Prepare promotional material that takes our vision to the customers, work with the Content Manager on creating effective and timely messaging to attract new customers, develop strategies specific to different media, and networking for brand awareness.

·  Social Media Marketing: You may be responsible for the creation of social media content, which requires you to have strong social media marketing skills. These abilities are key in this role as they can help you stay up to date with the latest social media trends and create content to attract new viewers and potential customers.


Position Qualifications:

·  3-5 years of experience developing marketing campaigns for a B2B company, experience in the promotional products industry is highly desirable.  

·  A proven track record of developing visual content and promotional materials for a wide variety of products and services. These materials can range from brochures and flyers to email copy and social media/blog posts to product packaging and labels.

·  Must be able to communicate in written and spoken English with a high level of proficiency. Must be comfortable working with projects written in French, German and Italian. Fluency in French is a plus.

·  Proven ability to develop a consistent and solid brand image that clearly helps establish our brand presence in the market.

·  Possesses a strong understanding of creative marketing principles and the role a brand & creative marketing team plays in an organization.

·  Demonstratable knowledge of social media platforms and how content is used for each channel—Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter.

·  You see yourself as creative and you must have a positive attitude and open mind.

·  Experience in managing projects and your time effectively, solving problems and think/work independently. You should possess excellent organizational skills and have a high attention to detail.

·  Ability to operate well in a team environment with a natural flair for interacting and collaborating with people.

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications or similar is required.
