Our company is looking for a :

      HR Leader

 

-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

-Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.

-Improve HR team efficiency.

-Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.

-Suggest new HR strategies.

-Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and maintain a good working environment.

-Provide HR policy guidance.

-Implementing and conducting HR actions plan

Skills and Experience :

-Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent

- 5years in a similar position (with experience in team management)

- Excellent linguistic skills (French ; English)

-Highly organized and detail-oriented.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
