We are currently looking for.:
Production Planner
Main responsibilities:
- Plan the schedules of production according to demand and ensure that all relevant persons receive the production planning.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, resources, and equipment availability.
- Collaborates with sales, materials planning, and production departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve the customer needs.
- Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production and informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Provide delivery commitments.
- Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Material planning.
- Maintain finished goods inventory at target levels.
- Coordinate the transfer of the new project.
- Create, maintain and release master data in SAP.
- Performs other related duties, as required.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Inventory Management, Logistics or a related field preferred
- 4 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related position.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools and ERP systems (in particular SAP).
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Should work in a team as well as independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
