In relation to its business needs in Tunisia, the company is looking for the following profile:
Plant Quality manager
Missions:· make sure that manufacturing processes meet applicable standards.
· look at ways to reduce wastes and increase efficiency.
· set up and maintain local quality procedures.
· monitor performance by gathering relevant data from the manufacturing process and produce statistical reports
· review local quality procedures and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
· measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
· assess the effectiveness of changes made
· Actively support the training and manage the quality team of the plant.
· Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training, including training sessions at the Headquarter.
Profile Requirement:
· Proven experience as quality manager inside an industrial context.
· Outstanding communication skills
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Technical Bachelor degree
· Excellent knowledge of Lean Six Sigma , preferred green belt certification
· Proficient in MS Office
· Fluent spoken and good written English.
