Head of Talent Acquisition
You will enjoy working as our Head of Talent Acquisition in an international context, relaying the Group's Recruitment policy that you will develop while at the same time carrying out operational tasks as a recruiter.

Main duties
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be able to design and apply strategies that will help iCOVER attract and hire qualified employees. Leading responsibility for this role will be building global salary benchmarking in collaboration with HRD and each country's Human Resources Manager.
Head of Talent Acquisition will be in charge of managing recruitment and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions.
The person in this role should be able to ensure iCOVER provides an excellent candidate experience, while meeting the company’s business goals and filling the vacancies.
Most important focus will be building a strong employer brand so that iCOVER can develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Work in partnership with our managers to qualify, monitor and support their recruitment needs
- Develop a candidate experience based on customer experience methods, in cooperation with the country and corporate HR teams
- Develop global KPIs and ensure regular reporting of relevant recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness of recruiting processes and talent hired globally
- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
- Asses external labor market conditions, develop the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting channels and methods
- Work closely with the HRD and each country HR Manager to build and update global salary benchmarking in order to ensure the company remains competitive
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
- Provide and report recruitment update activities to the HRD for the Group
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Contribute to establish a strong employer brand and organize global recruitment events
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software
Requirements
In addition to a degree in Human Resources Management, you have proven professional experience in an international, service-oriented environment as a recruiter.
Your profile
- Good experience in a recruitment agency or headhunting firm and are familiar with the value chain of selecting candidates or a previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role
- A real mastery of the English language, both written and spoken
- Good practice in recruitment techniques
- A real capacity to analyse and manage the Recruitment KPIs for the Group
- Team player.
