- Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Analyse business processes by using various methods (e.g. VSM, gap analysis, PDCA) in order to find opportunities for improvements
- Lead projects for improvement across all levels of the organization
- Monitor progress by establishing measurable standards
- Provide mentorship by animating workshops and team trainings, openly sharing technical expertise
- Qualification & Skills:
- Academic degree in Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain
- Green (or black) belt in lean six sigma (Recommended )
- Deep technical expertise in process improvement techniques and experience applying these
- Deep skills in project management
- Leadership skills, inspiring teams to implement continuous improvement culture
- Analytical thinking
- Communication skills, ability to listen
- Fluent in English
