Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing and supervising the tunisian structure, in close collaboration with the management team. You have a strong belief in your people and are developing a culture that inhabits the Company’s core values. This role will be essential to ensure the integrity of your HR systems, programs, policies and procedures , and the effective implementation of initiatives meant to support objectives of the business.
You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, French & English
preferred. Managing conflict, and being able to remain neutral and still have
empathy . At least 5 years experience with financials, payroll and legal. Knowledge of local laws and regulations and completing required paperwork.
