Overview of Role: The role of the Product Support Administrator is to provide support to the Goldstar sales and customer care teams. Additional tasks will be to help organise, maintain, and publish Goldstar product information and content using software including PIM, Oracle, Repoman, ATP, Goldstar Website Admin, and multiple Sourcing Platforms specific to the promotional products industry. You will work with a variety of web-based programs to manage product, pricing, images, and data in support of Goldstar’s product merchandising needs, supporting both existing and new products, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, there will be projects to evaluate competitors’ product & service offerings and pricing, and support GS team research and analysis needs with data gathering, spreadsheets, and presentations. Language translations, management of product data files and day-to-day support for Goldstar team needs. What you will do: · Support GS Sales and Customer Care teams by helping answer product questions. · Work with Merchandising Specialist & Product Lead to assembledetailed product data and process improvements for merchandising & products. · Assure items are activated for GS in Oracle and work with NPI team for any corrections · Track inventories of active SKUs and communicate stock status issues · Direct editing of new GS website platform & Sourcing Platforms with new/phaseout SKUs, process changes to keep information up to date. · Maintain Product Image & Template library, working with NPI & GS graphic artists as needed · Maintain Goldstar channel data and images in PIM. · Compile competitive pricing and cost/margin analysis · Work with Samples Dept., Quality Control and Production teams as needed · Help maintain a library of GS Compliance documentation · Manage Product Databases, Industry Platform data files and customer product databases – provide hands-on management of both customer & sourcing platform data files, ensuring they are up-to-date and uploaded to relevant websites and industry platforms. · Sourcing platform optimisation – Undertake research to ensure Goldstar products are optimised on industry sourcing / search platforms · Language translations – employ meticulous attention-to-detail in translating marketing materials from English into other languages, then proof reading and sign-off for printing · Other duties and projects as required including but not limited to samples service support, Industry Market research, and other support tasks |
