- Daily team management: Define proper KPIs for whole team and closely monitoring it.
- Deal with Domain Leader to analyse unexpected behaviors
- Collaborate automation teams for functionnal support
- Check all the operational deliveries.
- Check that Faurecia and GIS standards / instructions are respected (functional).
- Coordinate problem solving for all your team.
- Manage internal knowledge transfer and keep continuous technical/functional knowledge refresh.
- Establish & track skills matrix including improvement action plan.
- Finalize the new members recruitment base on the plan. Control Turnover of the whole team. Elaborate and maintain replacement plan
Exigences : Master’s degree in Engineering
- Experience as a team leader.
- + 5 years in testing various applications, services and user interfaces
- + 5 years in communicating with clients
- Understanding of Agile processes
- International mindset
- Rigorous, Good interpersonal skills
- Good level of French and English compulsory
