HR House International is hiring for one of its clients :Local HR & GA Management ( F/M)
Role and Responsibilities :
· Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
· Maintain Digital and electronic records of employees
· Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
· Assist in the completion of compensation and benefits documentation
Qualifications :
· Bachelor Degree in human resources or related
· 3 to 5 years of experience as HR Assistant
· Good English level (writing and speaking)
· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Skills :
· Works under pressure and meets tight deadlines
· Organizational and time management skills
· Ability to accurately follow instructions
· Effective HR Administration and people management skills
