Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations. Our expertise extends to the operational business processes, of the BPO.
We also help our clients set up their nearshore teams in Tunisia, as an extension to their European teams whether they create a local company when a critical size is possible or incubate those teams within BinitNS.
One of our clients is a global technology solutions provider delivering innovative products to the worldwide money management industry, to meet asset managers and service providers performance, reporting, analytics, risk, and data needs with services provided to over 400 clients in 39 countries, with locations across Europe, North America, South Africa, Australia, and Asia.
In this context, we are hiring a Project Manager who will be working as part of BinitNS' “incubated” team dedicated to this client.
Main Responsibilities
· Track and manage project budgets, schedules, issues, and risks.
· Facilitate the project day-to-day.
· Complete written reports and facilitate stakeholders via steering groups and other forums.
· Manage stakeholders both internal and external and be comfortable communicating up to the executive level.
· Be the primary point of contact for the customer, facilitate communication, and drive delivery and confidence.
· Remove roadblocks and barriers to task completion for the team.
· Possess business domain knowledge to properly understand and communicate project goals to internal/external Executive Project Sponsors and other stakeholders. This should cover financial services/asset management software delivery in a client-facing environment and preferably fund performance and attribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with three or more years of project management experience
- Project management Professional qualification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
- Financial / Investment Services software experience in a client-facing project management role.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of Project Lifecycle methodologies.
- Client management experience.
- Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, tight timeframes, and willingness to work extended hours periodically based on client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work within collaborative environments.
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and articulate them to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to understand revenue forecasts and mitigate the impact of project schedule delays.
- Must have good communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the project, taking ownership and accountability.
- Travel may be required.
